When you make a booking or enquiry with Sensational Canada/Ski Tours Canada we need to collect certain data so that we can process it. Individual profile and company details are not used for any other purpose. Details are only supplied to a third party supplier when it is required for goods or services which you have purchased. Although our preferred local suppliers have privacy policies in accordance with the New Privacy Laws, you accept that some third parties are located overseas eg hotels, car rental companies, etc, and may not have in place equivalent privacy policies.
For repeat clients, retaining your account information on our files allows us to more process your reservations more efficiently.
To better understand our client's needs, we sometimes request additional information about themselves. Any information shared with us remains completely confidential.
Credit Card Information

Your credit card details are only used to pay for a travel booking, and are securely stored. They are not used for any other purpose. Details are only supplied to a third party when it is required to provide goods or services which you have purchased
Gift Vouchers
When you use our gift certificates you'll be providing details of people who may never have visited this site. Sensational Canada/Ski Tours Canada will not disclose the recipient addresses and will not send them any promotional information other than that specific product ie the gift voucher.

Booking with us
Booking & Paying
Payments & Deposits
One of the real benefits of the internet is having the ability to book your accommodation packages at your leisure in your own time. All these services are available to you through Sensational Canada/Ski Tours Canada. All transactions are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Australian GST has been applied where applicable. Local taxes and charges from the supplier have been included where applicable.
- No booking will be processed until a deposit or Full Payment is received as required.
- An $850 per person is required as a deposit for each travel package to secure the booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Some products may require full payment at time of booking
- Final payment is required 90 days prior to departure or earlier to comply with supplier conditions.
- Credit cards and Direct Deposit are the two accepted forms of payment for bookings.
- Bookings made within 4 weeks of departure must be paid in full at time of booking.
- Once booked, you can also log into your booking and advise us of any changes online. Our staff will make the amendment for you. A $250 fee applies for each and any amendments, in addition to any supplier charges.
- After full payment, any amendments to your booking may also be subject to supplier fees. Your consultant will advise.
- We reserve the right to change cancellation and amendment fees without notice.

Please note that if you haven't booked with Sensational Canada/Ski Tours Canada previously, written quotes may be subject to a $75 quote fee. Of course, we will advise you beforehand if this would apply to your requests.
Payment Options
We offer several different payment options so your booking process is easy and convenient for you:
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all our products and services. A 2% service fee applies to MasterCard and Visa. A 4% service fee applies to American Express.
How secure is our site?
Sensational Canada/Ski Tours Canada via the Money Direct payment gateway uses a technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) including 128bit encryption. It encrypts (scrambles) all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Many sites have 40bit encryption. Having 128bit encryption means we are so secure, it is virtually impossible for an unauthorised party to intercept your details.
Cancelling & Amendments
Where changes to bookings are required, a $250 amendment fee will be charge per change. The purpose of an amendment fee is to cover administration expenses. Additional charges made our suppliers will also apply.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit of $850 is non-refundable in addition to supplier's specific cancellation fees and charges. Cancellation penalties can be covered with travel insurance. Cancellation fees are required to cover administration expenses and any additional charges made by our suppliers. Your consultant will advise you of all cancellation conditions pertaining to your specific booking.
Please note any applicable refunds may take up to 6 months to process.
Delivery Options
E - Delivery
Where Possible we will issue an e-voucher or e-ticket. Your consultant will confirm this for you.
Registered Post
A postage and handling fee will be charged for documents sent by registered mail or courier. Your consultant will advise the current charge.

A Courier fee of $30 will be charged for the overnight delivery of your documents to your nominated address.
