Fresh Tracks Cafe and Catering – With a convenient ski-in/ski-out location, Fresh Tracks is open early everyday for breakfast, lunch and après ski. Sample the specialty coffees, homemade baking, soups, stews, wraps, breakfast bagels and vegetarian meals. Fresh Tracks also specialises in catering.

The Longshot Cafeteria – Located in Apex Mountain Village, the Longshot Cafeteria offers fast breakfast and lunch food service for those keen to get back on the slopes.

The Longshot Pasta Bar – Don’t want to cook dinner? Head to the Longshot Pasta Bar for a tasty and affordable meal.  ‘Build your own pasta’ from a range of pastas and homemade sauces and sample the range of desserts, or relax in the lounge area with a cocktail.

The Gunbarrel Saloon - Open late, the Gunbarrel Saloon offers great meals in its dining room, as well as the famous Gunbarrel coffee; flaming Grand Mariner poured down a Doublebarrel Shotgun into a solution of fine liqueurs and coffee. Located in the centre of the village.

The Mountain Shop - Located in the village, the Mountain Shop offers a wide selection of ski and snowboard equipment, clothing, après ski wear and souvenirs. And if your planning to purchase skis, why not try out the demo skis?

The Rental Shop – The Rental Shop in Apex Mountain Village will get you ready to hit the slopes with over 400 pairs of regular, high performance and children’s rental skis. It also offers a snowboard fleet, snowblades, snowshoes, and skates rentals. 

Trading Post – Pick up those last minute items at the Trading Post – Apex’s ‘general store’, located right in Apex Village. It stocks convenient items including snacks, fast lunches, groceries, firewood, magazines, games, vehicle items, souvenirs and gifts, as well as video rentals and an agency liquor store.
