With a large variety of classes, many specifically designed for adults, children, teens or women, Whistler has something to suit everyone - from the first-time skier or boarder to those with advanced skills.
ADULT LESSONS:
Private Lessons:
The ultimate mountain experience. With your own pro you choose the pace, the goals, and the terrain. (Level 1-6 - Full Day/Half Day AM or PM).
Super Group:
Small group size (max. 3) allow you to maximise the mileage with close personal attention. (Level 1-6 - Half Day PM/Full Day)
Ski Esprit:
Whistler’s most popular program. Improve while you learn with full motion learning. This program includes video analysis, guiding, a fun race and an après every afternoon. (Level 2-6 - 3/4/5 Days)
Dave Murray Ski Camps:
These camps are for skiers whose focus is technique improvement. You train with the industry’s best coaches on private hill space. (Level 4-6 - 3 Days)
Extremely Canadian:
Intensive big mountain skiing clinics. Top guides will help adventurous skiers refine their off-piste technique on some of the most challenging terrain in North America. (Level 5-6 - 2 Days)
2 Day Freestyle/Freeride Snowboard Camp:
The best way to do it all; whatever your speed, whatever your style, this program has what you are looking for. It’s the perfect blend of terrain parks, pow turns, jumps and half-pipes. (Level 3-6 - 2 Days)
Roxy Women's All Star Ski & Snowboard Camp:
All Women all the time. A warm and positive environment that will help you get to that next level fast. From freeriding to terrain parks, the options are yours to explore. Includes video analysis, après, a few prizes and tonnes of fun. (Level 4-6 - 2 Days)
Learn to Ski/Ride:
Join instructors for a lesson in special adult learning areas. (Level 1-3 - Half Day PM/Full Day/3 days)
Summit Sessions:
Ski/Ride better and discover our mountains together with new friends and the best pros. (Level 4-6 - Half Day PM – Ski only/Full Day)
CHILDREN'S LESSONS:
Infant Care:
Child care for babies. Strict age limit of 3-17 months.
Toddler Care:
Child care for toddlers. Strict age limit of 18-36 months.
Kids Private Lessons:
On-on-one instruction (up to 5 in lesson). Top instructors, lift line priority. (Level 1-6)
5 Day Ski Adventure Camp:
5 day ski lesson. Same instructor and group for entire time. Includes a grab bag & Apres (5-12 years only). (Level 1-6)
3 Day Snowboard Adventure Camp:
3 day snowboard lessons. Same instructor and group all 3 days. Includes Apres and a grab bag. (Level 1-6)
2 Day Whistler Kids Weekend – Ski:
2 day ski lessons. The same instructor and group is not guaranteed. (Level 1-6)

LIFTS
Your Whistler Blackcomb lift ticket gives you the following benefits: access to over 3000 ha of terrain, terrain parks and half pipes, complimentary Mountain Orientation Tours and use of the race centres and Avalanche Awareness Tours.
From December 2008, the new Peak to Peak Gondola connects the resorts’ 3307ha of terrain as never before. While in the past skiers and boarders usually chose one of the mountains to visit each day, the 11-minute Peak to Peak Gondola ride means guests will be able to experience the best of both mountains with ease.
And those not content with the fabulous views from the gondola windows will be able to see Whistler and Blackcomb from all angles thanks to the clear floors on some of the gondolas, making the ride an experience in itself. However, if you have a fear of heights don’t despair - there will be a separate line for those who rather ride in regular gondolas.
For a small fee, test your racing skills at the Pontiac Race Centre on Blackcomb Mountain. Skiers and snowboarders of all abilities can experience the electronically-timed course and atmosphere of friendly competition.
GEAR
Whistler Blackcomb offers the largest rental fleet of skis and snowboards in the Whistler Valley, and all are backed a service guarantee. Choose from 15 rental stores throughout Whistler, including mountain top, Creekside, Village and Blackcomb base locations. Pre-booked rentals receive free on-mountain storage. All equipment in resort retail and rental stores has been tested and approved by Whistler employees.
