Thank you for an exceptional holiday. 

As it was my first trip to Big White and Silver Star, it held up to all expectations. Luckily for me the fresh stuff came down and made for excellent skiing....couldn't stop....one more run,  ok last run, just one more run, sensational. I'd have to say it was some of the best skiing I've had in 20 odd years.  The 1hr snowmobile adventure (Big White) and because I was the only guest, the guide took me into some fresh powder for some fun......welllll, (apart from sinking the machine into a few drifts and having to retrieve it), fun it certainly was. Would highly recommend giving it a go, especially in the fresh stuff.  Snowshoeing (Silver Star) .... this is another activity that I would highly recommend for anyone who still has some energy to burn after all that skiing or boarding, 2 hrs was just right while the guide informed us about some of the history of the area. The range and variety of restaurants and eateries makes for a delightful dilemma in choosing where to dine for your next meal, though like anywhere, you find favourites.    

My stay at The Inn at Big White for the first week and Snowbird Lodge, Silver Star for the second week was very comfortable and all queries were handled with efficiency and courtesy. 

 I also noted with interest, the proposed expansion of the Big White resort and in a word "huge", I didn't see a time frame for it though.

The holiday was FANTASTIC & it snowed quite a bit once we were in Big White. We loved Southpoint #13 so thank you so much for recommending this condo.

Also Jacob from Okanagan Shuttle was fabulous & went out of his way to help us with the kids, so could you please pass on our thanks to that company.

Gabby, your assistance was excellent & all elements of our Big White adventure ran very smoothly.

Just a quick note to let you we had a great time in Canada and everything ran like clock work.
 
We loved both Sun Peaks and Silver Star, which are just fantastic resorts for families.  There was a heap on snow on the ground and every run was open in both resorts. However we had bugger all new snow during the 2 weeks and instead had the most amazing sunny days.  The Canadians couldn't believe how mild and sunny it was for Mid January!
