Memories
Just thought I'd drop you a note and say what a great time my wife, kids and I had at Big White. I had a couple of days which I rate as the best skiing I've ever had. The dinner at the winery was great as well.
I think you have hooked my girls so we will have to look at a holiday for Jan 07. We loved Sundance particularly the pool and slide. My 4 year old didn't like the walk up the hill but she got to a level of skiing where she could ski home. The pool is a definite plus though.
So if its OK please keep us on your mailing list and mark us down for a two week holiday next January.
All the best
Brad
Many thanks for all the effort you and Heidi put into our ski trip to Canada. We had a great time, as always.
Now, looking to next year (departing early/mid Jan), we are considering a rather different trip that I hope you can assist with. If this is outside your bounds, please let me know.
The very loosely formed idea is:
1. Ski for a week in Japan (but we don't know where is best)
2. Fly to Beijing for 3-4 days
3. Take the Trans Siberian railway (via Mongolia) to Moscow
4. A few days in Moscow - maybe with side to St Petersburg - then home.
Not sure how airfares would work as we'd be taking the train from Beijing to Moscow but would need to fly back. This may not be a sensible trip but it has appeal and I guess we won't know until we look into it. I don't think we are interested in any sort of a 'tour'. Even any preliminary information would be great at this point.
Thanks,
Pat
Just a quick note to give you a rundown of our trip to Canada. We had a fantastic time. Everything (and I mean everything) went off incredibly smoothly. Can I specifically comment on our night to the ice hockey game.
We had a blast. The restaurant that you chose was wonderful. We had a huge laugh at the name "Joey Tomatoes bar and grill" but the food was great. The game itself was fantastic. The kids had a ball and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
I must also make mention of the shuttle company that you use (Okanagan shuttles). They were prompt, efficient and very kind to us on every journey (particularly Walter who was our driver to the ice hockey).
Thankyou again for all your help.
Best regards
Jackie
Our Holiday was wonderful, great snow which was such a bonus. All our flights went well without a hitch which was great.
Bye for now Claire
We've just returned from our trip and I wanted to say thanks again for your help. Except for severe delays at Narita on the way over due to snow, everything went perfectly and we had a fantastic time. We really enjoyed both Silver Star and Sun Peaks, with Sun Peaks perhaps being our favourite (although we may have been biased because we managed to get 50cms of snow during the week that we were there!). The condo at Silver Star was great, and after a week of eating out it was really nice to be able to cook a simple meal like pasta for a change - thanks for the recommendation.
I'll definitely be in touch for the next trip.
All the best,
Tim.
We think you're sensational!
Regards Doug
I would like to thank you for your effort Sue. I am looking forward to another successful Scots Fernie Cup.
Regards
Christina
Place is neck-deep in snow and Aussies - a great combination. Big White seems to be the only ski field open in British Columbia, and once the crowds subsided on Jan 2 we have the place to ourselves. Having a blast.
All the best
