I have to say again, Karen has been fantastic! She kept all my planning going quickly and answered all my questions in a very fast and helpful way. On top of all that, she stayed calm and friendly despite being so busy. She is a great travel agent! Heidi, Mandy, Kate and everyone there is really professional, helpful and friendly.
